these days I am
trying to limit my 'off the wall'
co-meants however

that Rohrig 'shortie" struck me
so, making it "mine" I instinctively
came up with
an erotic twist to it:

the weight of Blum Blossom
on this old man's head

AND THEN POWOWO ! the Issa piece...

with his "plum blossoms"

et ceteras

Another post to savour Don. Both Carolyne's and Rehn's work is diversely unconventional, delusory and expands the understanding of haiku!

Issa's plum blossoms reassure that everything is fine .. with the cat

Hi there,

Like so often
loved the pieces of peace
of these daily daisies.

I really like "the weight of a single blossom, on an old man's head." Feels like my life these days.

Charles ...

Walking down the street in near 90 degree humid weather, all the blossoms were bowed, deeply.

Hope things are looking up a bit.
